Hi!
I downloaded NCS Personal Finance beta 1 and when I run it and tried to create a new finance file, it says that Quote:| The 'Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0' provider is not registered on the local machine |
| .
I've installed MS .NET Framework 3.5 with SP1 before installing the Personal Finance sw.
Can you help?

Never mind, I figured it out. I installed Office 2007 Data providers and I fixed it.

Yes, NCS Personal Finance uses MS ACCESS databases. Glad you were able to get it working. I am not sure if I am going to continue using database access in this application, I guess it depends on the number of people who experience problems using it, but for now, if anyone experiences problems like this, please check here

Just wanted to say that SQL compact edition for .net and sqllite are both great portable solutions.
